Spora - 2009
Spora is an installation of 30 asymmetrical discs that form a wall installation in the lobby of a downtown condominium building. Each disc is kiln-formed fused glass. Many of the pieces feature different leaf designs indicative of the surrounding trees around the building. The overall spacial arrangement resembles a gust of wind blowing in and scattering the leaves about the wall.
